So happy I found it

Found this backpack after hunting around for one for nearly six months! I work in tech so I carry two laptops with me most of the time. Couldn't find anything that was very nice looking until saw this one on insta. So glad I did, it's exactly what I needed. I love it.

Vegan leather is non-porous, so any grime, marks, dirt or spillages can be easily removed by spot cleaning with a damp cloth.
We do not recommend you put your bag in a washing machine.
Regular dusting with a lint-free cloth will keep your bag looking its best.
Retain the dust bag that comes with your purchase and use it when keeping your item in storage.
You may find minor creases in the straps or edges after your bag has been delivered. These are due to the time your bag spends in transit, they are temporary and will disappear with use.

Cancellations & Returns

We want you to love your ARLO item. If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in original packaging.

UK customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty.

If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
